These terms explain how you may use Check My Homework.

Use of the app

Check My Homework helps users check completed homework from photos, scans, PDFs, and handwritten iPad work, then review feedback, explanations, and practice. It is not a replacement for a teacher, tutor, school, or formal grading authority.

Accuracy of feedback

AI-assisted feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review feedback carefully and should not rely on it as the only source of academic, examination, or professional advice.

User content

You are responsible for the homework, images, PDFs, handwriting, prompts, and other content you upload or create. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to generate harmful, abusive, sexual, illegal, or unsafe content.
• Do not attempt to extract private prompts, system instructions, credentials, or internal service details.
• Do not misuse the app to cheat in ways that violate school, exam, or institution rules.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, if offered, are handled through Apple in-app purchase and entitlement services. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown in the app and App Store purchase flow.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.
